SHIPPING / DROP SHIPPING / TRACKING INFO

Protect The Force operates in the state of Tennessee, USA. Any product that is PTF branded and is manufactured in our TN based manufacturing facility ships from the same facility.

 

SHIPPING: WEBSITE ORDERS

Orders processed via Protect The Force website will be shipped via UPS, USPS and/or DHL for international orders. Our shipping rates are calculated carrier base rates.

Dealers: If you have an alternate shipping preference, please make sure you select other shipping method and leave a comment in the special instructions area when placing your order.

Details such as the name of the company being used for shipping along with your account number and the shipping company phone number are required.

 

SHIPPING: PURCHASE ORDERS

Orders processed via Protect The Force Sales Team will be shipped via UPS, USPS and/or DHL for international orders and the freight will be added to your invoice once shipped. 

If you would like to ship on your FEDEX or UPS account please provide the account info on the Purchase Order or in your email.

 

DROP SHIPPING:

PTF offers drop shipping within the continental United States and will be shipped through UPS, or USPS. Please note that you will be billed per shipment unless using your own shipping account.

TRACKING:

Tracking for all packages that leaves our manufacturing facility will be provided once shipment has been processed and shipped out the door.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND RESTOCKING FEES

RETURNS

Protect The Force accepts returns within 30 days of shipment. Prior to returning any products a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number shall be requested and then issued by a PTF customer service representative. No refunds, credits, etc. will be issued without an RMA number.

All item(s) being returned must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. The RMA number shall be included on all paperwork and clearly marked on all shipments.

All Returns will be carefully inspected before providing a refund, credit or exchange minus applicable restocking fees.

 

CLEARANCE ITEMS

All Sales on any Clearance/Closeout Gear is final and cannot be returned.

 

CUSTOM & OEM PRODUCTS

No returns or refunds will be authorized for any custom or OEM products.

 

SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for any and all applicable shipping charges unless return is due in part to manufacturing defect or shipping error incurred on PTF's part.

 

RESTOCKING FEES

All returned orders through no fault of PTF (such as size, color, etc.) will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

 

WAIVERS

All returns due to error by PTF will have any and all fees waived without question.

 

RETURNS > 30 DAYS

For any return outside 30 days the approval/disapproval will be issued on a case by case basis and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
