Shipping

Protect The Force operates in the state of Tennessee, USA. Any product that is PTF branded is manufactured in our TN based manufacturing facility and is shipped from the same facility. 


Web Shipping

Any and all orders processed via Protect The Force web sales are currently quoted via UPS. There is a minimum UPS charge no matter the weight or size of the product. Seeing as we sell our products to dealers only, dealers may take advantage of our shipping rates by ordering more products to go into one shipment. If you have an alternate shipping preference, please make sure you select other shipping method and leave a comment in the special instructions area when placing your order. Details such as the name of the company being used for shipping along with your account number and the shipping company phone number are preferred.


Purchase Order Shipping

Any and all orders sent in through email using a purchase order are shipped via UPS or FedEx. We search for the best rates available between the two and add the charges to your invoice when shipped. All products ordered using traditional purchase orders are invoiced when shipped and payment is due based upon agreement terms set when dealer registration was confirmed.


Drop Shipping

PTF has the ability to ship anywhere in the world. Drop shipping in the continental United States is done through UPS or FedEx. If you want products drop shipped to your customers, you will be billed per shipment unless you use your own shipping account. First time drop shippers will pay an additional fee for the creation of custom packaging slips with your company logo and address. 


Tracking

Each package that leaves our manufacturing facility is recorded when the package went out the door, whom the package was shipped through and is tracked with provided shipping number from shipping company.
